Auggie and Penny (June 2012 pups)

« Back to Album Photo 11 of 12 Previous | Next
Auggie, AKA 'brother bear', on his second birthday, June 25, 2014. Thinks he's the alpha of the two dogs, but really it's Penny that runs the show. Lives for the ball, most any sort will do. The most soulful eyes I've seen in a dog. When he's not moving, or rubbing one of his gooey plastic toys on our legs to get us to throw them, he's a real sweetheart and loves his belly rubbed!

Thanks for the videos those were great. A third borgi...the more the merrier! Watson and Tyrion took to each other very quickly I don't know if it was luck or they felt they were related. The first week-week and a half Tyrion tried to nurse off Watson we picked him up early at 6 weeks old so he was freshly weaned. Watson didn't mind it at all though he just looked at us confused. It is hard to tell now how Tyrion will turn out but we hope he has huge satellite ears like Auggie.

Yeah, we did lose a couple pairs of shoes, and had to watch them closely. But one thing with having two is that they tire each other out, they are so busy chewing on each other they don't get bored enough to cause as much damage to property. They still play for hours a day with each other, here are two videos, the first taken at about six months of age, the second from just about two months ago. After seeing the pictures of Tyrion we're seriously thinking about a third one too!

Great to see pictures of Auggie and Penny. Watson is a ball/fetching maniac too. The new little guy Tyrion is pretty bossy and wants to run the show like your Penny. He is only 4 months old but he has a lot to say and he also does not like a closed door. Tyrion is quite a handful compared to Watson as a puppy you must have had a lot of patience having 2 of these crazy puppies at the same time! So much teething! Borgi's are the best dogs ever, I can't imagine not having them in our lives.
